The Walrus LoRaWAN-OD Gateway is a robust, full-duplex gateway built on the ARM Cortex-A53 platform (1.2GHz max frequency) and embedded with Linux OS for reliable operation. It features 1x or 2x Semtech SX1301 high-performance multi-channel LoRa transceivers, with the dual-SX1301 version supporting 16 channels—doubling the standard 8-channel capacity. This expansion increases node capacity to 4x that of an 8-channel half-duplex gateway, ensuring superior scalability.
